Tecnikabel SpA has activated a whistleblowing management procedure by setting up an internal communication channel to receive, analyse and process reports sent to the Company.
The procedure complies with regulatory reforms set out in Legislative Decree No. 24 dated 10 March, 2023, on the “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October, 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and violations of national regulatory provisions (so-called "Whistleblowing Decree").
WHO CAN YOU REPORT?
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS:
- all employees;
- persons whose role involves administration, management, business control, oversight or powers of representation;
- self-employed workers and contractors;
- volunteers, interns and trainees, both paid and unpaid;
- freelance professionals and consultants supplying services to the Company.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS ALSO COVERED BY WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION:
- facilitators;
- persons sharing the same work environment, with fourth degree kinship relationships and with stable emotional ties to the whistleblower;
- work colleagues sharing the same work environment with a current relationship on a regular basis with the whistleblower (e.g. close friendship);
- bodies owned by the whistleblower, or bodies for which the whistleblower works, or bodies operating in the same work environment.
WHAT CAN BE REPORTED
Any information may be reported that concerns conduct, acts and omissions that you have become aware of, through your work, which may be detrimental to Tecnikabel in that it harms the integrity of the Company or is of public interest.
