Product families
  • Single-core and multi-core cables for  static installations (UL and CSA)
  • Multi-core cables for slow-speed dynamic installations
  • Flexible multi-core cables for dynamic installations (UL and CSA)
  • Single-core and multi-core cables for high-performance dynamic installations (UL and CSA)
  • Single-core and multi-core cables for bending and torsion in dynamic installations (UL and CSA)
  • TRAY CABLE
Unipolar and multipolar cable in accordance with UL Listed to U.S. and Canadian markets.

We have always been dedicated to solving cable-related problems in all industrial applications. Three main product families have been developed for various working environments and different types of use:

  • OR (Oil Resistant) cables for static installations
  • Cables capable of withstanding Cartesian movements, OR (Oil Resistant) versions are available
  • Cables capable of withstanding very rapid bending-torsion movements, OR (Oil Resistant) versions are available

When choosing the right type of cable, factors such as acceleration, bending radius and chain length, both vertical and horizontal, must be taken into account. These parameters as a whole influence the lifespan of the cable, determining the number of machine cycles that can be completed without needing to replace the cables. Today, the guaranteed number of cycles is from a minimum of 3 million to a maximum of 10 million, and we are working towards a target of 20 million bending- torsion cycles which, in production practice, means being able to run a robot for fives years on three shifts per day without ever having to replace a cable guaranteeing only efficient system lubrication. The features of our cables are tested by running fatigue test cycles at our laboratory: bending- torsion simulators and chains with various bending radiuses and lengths are used. Current is passed through the cables and changes in their behaviour are recorded on computers.

ROBOTICS

  • Very flexible power cables for dynamic installations on wrist robots (bending-torsion)
  • Very flexible cables for controls (Encoder, Resolver) and data transmission (field bus) for use on robots

AUTOMATION

  • Flexible oil resistant cables for fixed installation, power, control and data transmission, resistant to abrasion and to chemical substances.
  • Very flexible oil resistant cables for dynamic installations for use in automation system undergoing bending movements for powering and controlling drives and managing field bus processes (Profibus, Interbus, CanBus, DeviceNet, Ethernet)
