Product description and application
Single-core and multi-core cables for dynamic, bending-twisting installations expressly made for automatic machine, gantry and wrist robot manufacturers.
TK FF600® series cables are UL and CSA compliant and particularly suitable for bending- torsion applications, with very high speeds and accelerations and small bending radiuses.
The outer jacket of these cables is made of materials chosen to guarantee excellent resistance also to cooling oils.
Typical applications are:
- Grinding machines
- Chip-forming machines
- Automatic storage machines, suitable for use in very cold environments
- Extremely aggressive industrial environments

The TK FF600® series includes:
- Single-core cables for wiring inside and outside robots and welding guns, gauge from AWG6 to 2/0
- Shielded and non-shielded multi-core cables for wiring inside and outside industrial robots
- Low-capacitance shielded cables for servo motors (UL CSA Desina)
- Field bus cables: Profibus, Interbus, DeviceNet, CANopen, MODbus, industrial Ethernet, MULTIBUS (mixed protocol)
